1. What does Popup Purger do?
Popup Purger is a plug-in for Microsoft Internet Explorer that can
block annoying popup ads automatically. With its SmartBlock
Engine, Popup Purger can block 100% unsolicited popup ads while
never interfere with your normal navigation. Popup Purger can
block pop-up, pop-under and even the web page dialog popup ads

5. I've ordered your product but have not received my registration key yet.
Your order confirmation email should be sent once your order is approved. The problem may be
- A wrong email address was filled on the order form.
- Your order automatically authorized and should be reviewed by a human.
- Our outgoing email was rejected by your ISP.
- If you have set junk email filters, the order confirmation might be deleted as SPAM.

6. How do I remove your program from my computer?
If Popup Purger is running, please right click the tray icon and
select "Exit" to close it. See the sceeenshot below:
Then run the uninstaller from Start Menu:
Start > Programs > Popup Purger > Uninstall
You can also open your Control Panel, go to "Add/Remove Program",
click "Popup Purger x.x.x", then click remove button.

7. I use the Internet through a firewall/proxy. Can I use your software?
Yes, you can. Popup Purger does not like some popup killers that
act as a proxy. You can use any Internet connection without
problem.

8. I installed Popup Purger, but I still saw all the pop up windows in the test.
Because Popup Purger is a plug-in for IE, it is loaded when IE starts. So, the problem may be:
- Your current IE window was opened before Popup Purger installed.
- The "Enable third-party browser extensions" option in
the "Advanced" tab of "Internet Options"
in Internet Explorer is disabled. If this is your case, please
enable it(let "Enable third-party browser extensions"
option checked).
- There's some unknown reason, the SmartBlock Engine of Popup
Purger can not register it as a IE plug-in. In this situation,
you perhaps need to reinstall your windows.
